Q: Does It cost me anything to sell my home to House Buyers National?
A: No it doesn't cost you anything to sign up and have us make an offer on your home. That means there are no costly real estate commissions to pay.
Q: How does the process work to sell my house?
A: First you need to fill out the form on the sell my home page, then one of our investors in your area will contact you and gather some additional information. They may be able to make you an offer on the phone, or they will schedule a time to meet with you and see the property. Once the offer has been made if you accept it the investor should be able to close within 7 - 14 days, and you would receive your check.
Q: What kinds of houses do you buy?
A: We buy ALL types of houses! Any Condition, Any Location, and Any Price Range. It doesn't matter if it needs a ton of work or if it doesn't need any work at all. We buy houses in any price range from $1.00 to well over $1,000,000.
Q: Am I under any obligation if I fill out the form or you make an offer?
A: No, there is absolutely no obligation. We will make you an offer and its up to you to deicide if you want to accept or reject it.
